Guts, the Black Swordsogre.

I've had time to look over ogres again and after deliberating I feel as if I've come across a few minor points that warrant attention with ogres.

A very, very quick glance at the new Space Marine book

This is assuming you've read the book yourself and know what everything's stats are. This is also a very quick glance; things will probably be wrong in time when the book is properly tested.

Special rules: Combat Squads are always great. Loss of Ultramarine Combat Tactics is going to be unusual to adapt to.

Warlord Table: Angel is useless, The Imperium's Sword is average, Storm of Fire is pretty nice, Rites of War is quite good, Iron Resolve is only good if your HQ is going into close combat regularly enough, Champion of Humanity is eh. Probably better to go with BRB warlord traits if you can.

This Hive Fleet employs the dreaded Isengard Trolls to break sieges.

Hey guys. Been slightly inactive again. I've gone back to Tyranids and this is my new colour scheme.

Things are looking great so far. I also traded in about £126~ of sealed boxes I never got around to opening for a Hive Tyrant/Swarmlord kit, 2 Tervigons and 2 boxes of gargoyles. Fun times. They're being built with zeal as we speak.

There's also an Isengard Troll because I've gotten into the Hobbit hame recently.

The Heldrake is finally done.

WHY HELLO THAR. :D

It took a while but I finally managed to finish off my Heldrake. Needless to say I'm very pleased with how it came out. My main issue now is, how the hell am I supposed to transport this thing about?! The wings are stupidly wide.

In the past few weeks my internet connection has been awful but I'm still here.

Slowly, my Chaos Space Marines are being painted. With every post I'll give an update on how they're doing. I'll also write out a quick CSM review to let you know what stuff can work and what can't.

Chaos Spawn for Boons: Chilling unbased on my desk.
Daemon Prince for Boons: Done!

Warpsmith: Unbased.
Sorcerer: Unbased - Base is completed.

Terminator Unit 1: Unbased, stuck to wrong bases.
Terminator Unit 1: Sprues.

Chaos Space Marine Unit 1: Done!
Chaos Space Marine Unit 2: Sprues, no Rhino.
Cultist unit 1 and 2: DON'T EXIST HAHA.

Heldrake 1: Working on left wing, rest done.
Heldrake 2: Still waiting to be bought.
Chaos Bikes: NOPE

Maulerfiend 1: Body, legs and base to be done.
Maulerfiend 2: Maulerfiend 1 isn't done, this sure as hell won't be.
Forgefiend: Neither is this.

Right now I'm working on the Heldrake so finger's crossed that it'll be done within the next 2 days. Blame work for that.
